We are on an incredible journey at 10 Million Women, and as founder I want to share just some of why this movement is so close to my heart.
Our mission is to empower female entrepreneurs and promote sustainability through the choices we make when it comes to corporate gifting. When I reflect on my own career journey, I realize how much has changed over the years. I remember a time when female representation in the workplace was scarce and few women had the opportunity to reach management positions. But today, we're witnessing a shift where diversity and inclusion have taken center stage, and companies that embrace equity are outpacing their competitors.
However, outside the corporate world the challenges faced by women, exacerbated by the pandemic and geopolitical changes, have intensified across every sector. It is crucial that we address these disparities and continue to work together towards a more equitable future.

Our goal is to inspire positive change within organizations and beyond, ensuring that your purchase has a positive ripple effect on local communities, directly contributing to uplifting the lives of female entrepreneurs and artisans.
But it doesn't stop there. We believe in the transformative power of education, which is why we pledge to donate 10 percent of our profits to education programs for women.
