Terms of service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Welcome to the 10 Million Women website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and, where you place an order with us, the supply of our products and services.

10 Million Women Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12691529, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

10 Million Women is a purpose-driven corporate gifting company accelerating the growth of women-owned businesses. We curate and personalise corporate gifts for events, conferences, clients and employees.

Orders are arranged through our Gift Concierge, either from the selection shown on our website or from gifts we curate from our community of women-owned businesses.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services supplied by 10 Million Women.

Part 1: Website Terms of Use

1. Use of Our Website

The content of this website is provided for general information and to showcase the products and services available through 10 Million Women.

The content of the website may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and current. However, product information, pricing, availability, images and other content may change, and we cannot guarantee that all information will be complete or error free at all times.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through our website meet their requirements.

2. Products and Website Prices

Products shown on our website can be ordered through our Gift Concierge team. Prices displayed exclude VAT, personalisation and shipping. The final price, product details, colours and specifications will be confirmed after discussing your requirements with our team.

Photographs and digital images are provided as a guide. Colours and finishes may vary depending on screens, materials and production methods.

3. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including its text, photographs, graphics, branding, design and layout, belongs to 10 Million Women Ltd or is used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

Content from our website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.

All third party trademarks, logos and other intellectual property displayed on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for information and convenience and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of third party websites.

5. Personal Information

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information submitted through our website or provided in connection with an enquiry may be used to respond to the enquiry and provide our services.

6. Governing Law

Your use of this website and any dispute arising from its use are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Part 2: Terms of Business

The following terms apply to all products and services supplied by 10 Million Women, including gifts shown on our website and gifts curated specifically for a client.

By confirming that they wish to proceed with a proposal, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Products and Services

7. Personalisation and Artwork Approval

Many of our products can be personalised for the client.

Where we provide artwork, a mock-up or visual proof, the client is responsible for checking and approving all details, including logos, wording, spelling, colours, positioning, dimensions and other specifications.

Approval by email or other written communication will be treated as authorisation to proceed with production.

10 Million Women is not responsible for errors in artwork, logos, wording or other information supplied or approved by the client. If an error results from information or artwork supplied or approved by the client, any reproduction, additional personalisation or replacement products may be charged to the client.

The client confirms that they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork or other materials supplied to us and authorises 10 Million Women and our relevant production partners to use these materials for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

8. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply and vary depending on the product and type of personalisation. Any applicable minimum order quantity will be communicated as part of the proposal.

9. Product Variations

We work with independent brands, makers, artisans and manufacturers, and some products may be handmade or made using natural, recycled or other materials that naturally vary.

Small differences in colour, texture, finish, dimensions or appearance between products, samples, photographs and digital mock-ups may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

We take care in selecting our products and partners, but we do not warrant that any product will meet every individual expectation.

10. Samples

Samples may be available for certain products and may be subject to charges for the product, personalisation, shipping or return.

The availability and terms applicable to samples will be communicated before they are supplied.

Where products are handmade, use natural materials or are subject to reasonable manufacturing variations, a production order may not be identical in every respect to a sample.

Ordering Process

11. Proposals and Orders

Clients can choose products from our website and get in touch with our Gift Concierge to finalise the order. Alternatively, our Gift Concierge can curate specific products for the client's event based on their requirements. Once the client's requirements have been reviewed, the client will receive a proposal covering the relevant products, minimum order quantities, personalisation and pricing, with mock-ups where relevant.

Once the client reviews the proposal, confirms their final choices and quantities, artwork has been approved and the delivery requirements have been agreed, we will issue an invoice for payment, including VAT and shipping unless otherwise stated.

The client is responsible for checking all order details before confirming, including products, quantities, colours, sizes, personalisation, delivery addresses and delivery date. The order is confirmed once payment has been received in full, and production will start.

Delays in payment may affect the estimated delivery date. Where payment is delayed, any previously estimated delivery date may no longer apply, particularly for orders with tight deadlines. 10 Million Women cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines caused by late payment.

The order is final once production has begun. No refund or cancellation will be given for a change of mind. See Section 7 for errors in wording, artwork or other details approved by the client, and Section 17 for damaged, defective or incorrect products.

12. Information Required From You

If we need information from you to fulfil an order, for example artwork approval, wording or delivery details, and you do not provide this within a reasonable time, we may pause the order or the estimated delivery date may no longer apply. We will not be responsible for delays caused by late or missing information.

Payment

13. Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer or by card via a secure payment link, processed through Stripe. Details of how to pay will be included with your invoice.

14. Retention of Title

Ownership of the products remains with 10 Million Women until payment has been received in full. Risk in the products passes to the client on delivery, in accordance with Section 16.

Fulfilment

15. Production and Lead Times

Production and delivery times provided in proposals or other communications are estimates based on the information available at the time.

For personalised products, lead times begin once payment has been received in full and all required information and artwork approvals have been received.

Where an order is required for a particular event or date, the client must communicate this before confirming the order.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure gifts are ready and dispatched in time for the agreed delivery date or event. We will inform the client if we become aware of a material delay. However, we cannot guarantee delivery where delays arise from couriers, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Delivery and International Orders

We arrange delivery through our partners and third party carriers.

The client is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any information necessary to complete the delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the client, the absence of a recipient, failure to collect a shipment or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a shipment is returned and needs to be sent again because of circumstances for which the client is responsible, additional shipping charges may apply.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit before it reaches the delivery address, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue with our delivery partners and will discuss the appropriate resolution with the client. Clients who would like additional shipping insurance for higher-value orders can request this in advance, at an additional cost. Once a shipment has been delivered to the address provided, risk passes to the client in accordance with Section 14.

For international orders, customs duties, import charges and other applicable taxes are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed with our Gift Concierge team in advance. Customs procedures and clearance times are outside our control. We will provide reasonable assistance with documentation where required, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance times or be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

If Something Goes Wrong

17. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

The client should inspect products promptly following delivery.

If products arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly personalised due to an error by us or materially different from the approved specification, the client should notify us within 10 days of delivery and provide photographs or other information reasonably required to assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, credit or refund in respect of the affected products.

Where products are returned because of a confirmed fault or an error on our part, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Where only part of an order is affected, any remedy will normally relate only to the affected products.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Circumstances Outside Our Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs delays, shortages of materials, disruption affecting our suppliers or manufacturers, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics or other unforeseen events.

Where such circumstances arise, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and keep the client informed of any significant delays.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to these circumstances, we will review the situation with the client, taking into account any costs already incurred or committed to suppliers. Any refund or cancellation will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

General

19. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, 10 Million Women Ltd will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for loss of profits, business opportunities, reputational damage, event-related costs or disruption, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from the supply or delivery of our products and services.

Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the price paid or payable for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the relevant proposal and invoice, constitute the agreement between 10 Million Women and the client in relation to the order.

Where specific terms in a proposal or invoice differ from these Terms and Conditions, the terms specifically agreed for that order will take precedence.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

23. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions, this will not prevent us from enforcing it at a later date.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version in effect when an order is confirmed will apply to that order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
