How long does it take to receive a quote?
You’ll hear from us the same working day to talk through your gifting requirements. We’ll then follow up with a selection of gift ideas, including lead times and costs, for you to review.
Can you personalise gifts with our logo or brand colours?
Many of our gifts can be personalised with your company logo, brand colours or both. Options include printing, embossing, debossing and embroidery, with Pantone colour matching where possible. We’ll recommend the most suitable personalisation method for each gift.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the UK and internationally, whether your gifts are going to a single office or multiple addresses. Our team manages quality control and logistics, giving you one point of contact throughout.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the size, dimensions, and destination from the country of origin. Our gifting team will confirm the exact costs before you place your order.
Are taxes and duties included?
International import duties and taxes aren’t included in our quotes and remain the customer’s responsibility. As they vary from country to country, it’s worth checking the rates for your destination before ordering, and your quote will show where your order ships from to help you plan.
What is your delivery time?
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you an estimated delivery date. Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers or customs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, though it can take up to 48 hours to update. Your Gift Concierge keeps an eye on every order until it arrives, and if anything seems amiss, we’ll take it up with the courier as soon as you let us know.
